We collect information you provide when booking, creating an account, or contacting us, such as your name, phone number, email, appointment details and notes. School records may also contain the identification and address details you provide to staff for your services. The website uses session cookies and may collect technical information about visits, requests and security events.
How information is used
We use this information to handle inquiries, schedule services, manage bookings, process payments, communicate service updates, protect the website and improve its operation. Payment providers process payment details through their checkout services.
Service providers and disclosures
Hosting, payment, messaging and online-class providers may process the information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from such sharing; they may be provided only to service providers as necessary to deliver the messaging service or as required by law.

You may choose to receive booking confirmations, lesson and class reminders, road-test appointment reminders and scheduling updates. The SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Entering a phone number alone does not give SMS consent. We record your submitted SMS preference and its date. Choosing not to receive SMS does not prevent a purchase or booking. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Victoria and external services
Questions submitted to Victoria, and voice recordings submitted for transcription, may be processed by an AI service provider. Avoid including sensitive identification, medical or payment information in chat. Maps and external services opened from the website have their own privacy policies.
Retention, security and requests
We retain records as needed to provide services, maintain business records, document communication preferences and meet applicable obligations. Access is restricted to staff and providers who need the information; no system can guarantee absolute security. Contact the school to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to records we must retain.
